Andes Trip EIRL. through Inti Travel Org requires each adult traveller over the age of 18 who will participate in one of our customised services to sign a Terms and Conditions document on the day of arrival. Below are the key parts of our Terms and Conditions.

BOOKING

Booking one or more of our services constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, which are mandatory, binding and apply to all Inti Travel Org services contracted by any means available and implies knowledge and acceptance of the same.

Booking confirmation

All bookings are processed with your personal details and payment of 50% or the full price (depending on the customer’s choice). This is necessary for booking of entrance fees, transport, etc. To secure the booking you request. Once we have your reservation with all the requirements, we will proceed to make the necessary reservations to confirm your booking after 48 hours after we have received your reservation.

Please note that personal information includes: passport number, first and last names, nationality, date of birth and gender, or just send a photo of the information page of your passport. Also keep in mind that this requirement is for the entrance to Machupicchu required by the Peruvian government (Ministry of Culture).

Balances

The full balance of your trip will be due 90 days before your trip commences. If you have booked less than 90 days before the date of your trip, full payment is due within five days of approval of your booking. In the case of participatory tourism the balance will be paid in cash, one day before the start of services in Cusco.

Postponing your trip

We understand that certain circumstances may arise where our customers may not be able to complete their trip on the dates originally planned. If we receive written notice of your desire to postpone your reservation up to 60 days prior to travel, we will transfer the paid balance of your trip, less a $700.00 administrative fee and any non-refundable expenses incurred, to a later date (this later date must be within one year, or 365 days, of the original departure date). Non-refundable expenses may include: train reservations, hotel accommodations, admissions, etc. (depending on the individual policies of each provider).

If you postpone travel from one calendar year to the next, please note that certain prices may increase depending on the different policies of our various suppliers. We are committed to reducing fees and penalties wherever possible to help our clients successfully postpone their Inti Travel Org trip.

Making changes to your trip

Once your trip is confirmed, any changes to travel activities will be subject to administrative fees or rate changes, as well as hotel availability. We cannot guarantee reservations at the same hotels if changes are made after confirmation. Inti Travel Org is responsible for all expenses if FRONTIER is increased as an additional service of the Add-Ons section.

Cancellation/Refunds

Inti Travel Org must receive written notification of your desire to cancel your trip at least 45 days prior to travel in order to proceed with cancellation and refunds. However, administrative expenses are non-refundable and others are non-refundable as they are incurred by Inti Travel Org from the time of your booking request to your confirmation (Machupicchu entrance fees, hotels, trains, transportation, guides, food, etc.).

Trips cancelled 45 days or less prior to the trip (including no-shows) are non-refundable.

Once a trip has commenced, Inti Travel Org cannot offer refunds for any unused portion of the trip. This applies to all pre- or post-trip arrangements, including hotels and no-shows due to delays or lack of transportation to arrive on time.

If you are dissatisfied with the services provided during the course of your trip, you must notify Inti Travel Org immediately so that we can assist you and resolve any issues in order to proceed with the service. No refunds will be given once the service has been completed.

HOTEL / ACCOMMODATION

The prices published on the Inti Travel Org website and any other existing media include 4-star hotels in the tour type programs/services: Packages and Expeditions.

For reasons of exclusivity, some of the programs/services will take you to places where there are no hotels with the appropriate category, in those cases the accommodation will be in lodges and family homes.

Lodges.- The categorization of this type of services is not entirely equal, so in some cases we will have lodges with the services that correspond to lodges and in other cases lodges with services that correspond to hostels.

Family houses.- This option is when in the program circuits there is no type of lodging services, using the houses of the inhabitants (peasants) of the area, with the purpose of generating economic income in remote areas and to increase the experience of our clients. Keep in mind that the services are more basic than you can imagine and if you wish you can change this option to camping, with prior agreement with Inti Travel Org during the reservation.

The prices of the published programs/services are based on the accommodation that corresponds to:
1 guest = 1 single room
2 guests = 1 double/matrimonial room
3 guests = 1 double/matrimonial room + 1 single room
4 guests = 4 twin/double + 1 single room
5 guests = 2 double/twin rooms + 1 single room
And so on and so forth.

If you need a different accommodation than what is established according to the published prices, you must inform Inti Travel Org during the reservation. If this is the case, the final price will increase according to the accommodation.

The category established by Inti Travel Org is not mandatory, you can choose to: increase the category, reduce the category or reserve Inti Travel Org services without hosting services. For this purpose, Inti Travel Org must be notified during the reservation to readjust the final price. If hosting services are not required, constant communication must be maintained so that the sleeping areas do not interfere with the execution of the programs/services over time.

RIGHTS TO IMAGES AND CONTENT GENERATED FROM YOUR TRIP

Inti Travel Org has the right to use and publish any photos, text, quotes or content provided to Inti Travel Org, including pre- and post-trip communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES / BEHAVIOUR

It is your responsibility to obtain the appropriate documents, including passports, visas, tourist cards and vaccinations if necessary. Those travelling with minors should contact their international carrier for requirements. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or adult relative with proper documentation.

Please note: we will use the passport information you provide on your booking form to book hotels, flights and the Inka Trail (where applicable). If you change or renew your passport, be sure to bring both your old and new passport.

Inform Inti Travel Org of all related to the approach to therapeutic services, health and physical condition.

Follow the instructions in the course of the services and above all maintain ethical and diplomatic states or this may result in exclusion from the group or termination of the services, without the right to claims or refunds.

All our services / itineraries and Add-ons are designed maintaining safety codes and even suitable for children, however we ask clients to stay within the limits of our itineraries to ensure their safety.

THERAPEUTIC TOURISM

All information used and shared by all Inti Travel Org media is completely free to use and is expected to be spread as widely as possible for the purpose of a better future for the world.

It is totally normal and recommended to open the personality/spirit and let out episodes, deep or unexplored feelings of life.

Inti Travel Org understands the degree of privacy and is committed to its perpetual confidentiality.

If this is the case, attitudes, mental patterns and everything that is causing the delay in the client’s life and even in the therapeutic tourism service provided by Inti Travel Org will be mentioned directly.

We ask to maintain ethics and diplomacy to continue, because if the client is carried away by sentimentality and incoherence in their behavior, the guide can terminate the services, without the right to claim or refund.

Inti Travel Org recommends to have experienced very difficult situations or having been treated very badly by life to take the therapeutic services of Inti Travel Org, with this requirement we guarantee the success of the therapeutic tourism. If this is not the case, an open mind is recommended.

We reserve the right to modify the route to adapt it to the client’s physical conditions, needs or in order to increase the therapeutic benefits.

We reserve the right to modify the itineraries that are contracted under the additional service FRONTIER, up to 50% of the itineraries. These modifications are not only to generate pleasurable experiences, but rather to generate different, unique and out of the comfort zone experiences, promoted by the intuition of the client or the guide for therapeutic purposes.

Our longer services are more specific to get out of the comfort zone and especially the Experiential service, specified as tour type, within which are the itineraries: Participatory Tourism and Facing The Andes where there will be no guide or translator and it is recommended not to bring translators or dictionaries. The purpose is to create millenary experiences and to awaken human capacities little used nowadays, for which you must do/participate in the daily activities imitating the activities and of course maintain the respect to the forms of life/culture of the area.

Inti Travel Org does not seek to solve the client’s life, but to show, to make the solution more understandable for the client’s life, it will depend only on the client to put into practice the solutions proposed by Inti Travel Org for a greater cause.

The Inti Travel Org therapeutic process is based on history, science and simplicity. Through touristic circuits in Cusco – Peru, having as a historical pillar the Inka culture and secondarily the ancient cultures of the world, using modern science to understand the ancient activities and their influence/benefits in the social, family and especially at the cerebral level of humanity in history. Proposing useful, simple and drastic solutions for the success of the therapy, we recommend services of longer duration to put into practice the methods of solution, to use them and share them after the therapy.

Inti Travel Org therapy is not about liking yourself through emotional support or using orthodox methods but rather stepping out of your comfort zone with control and using the benefits of nature (mother nature) to awaken the master within you (pineal gland).

Inti Travel Org clarifies that our method does not include any practice of rituals or ancestral ceremonies, but it will be a topic of conversation and if the client knows the subject it will be easier to break down its benefits and therefore how to have the benefits of rituals or ancestral ceremonies without the need to practice them.

ADD-ONS

These Add-ond are to bring us closer to your personality and the success of your therapy, some are free and significant that are part of the theme of IntiTravel.Org and the therapeutic goal, however we recommend checking one or more to get closer to your therapeutic experience .

97% Ecological

It means that we will replace the plastic in its entirety and accommodate walking, biking or horseback riding tours to reduce fuel use for at least one day, we can do it for more days depending on the itinerary and upon written request, we will be in charge of maintaining the essence of the itineraries

We do not control plastic in hotels.

This Add-on is perfect for expedition tours and the reduction of plastic is inspiring and educational, even in the camping equipment where we will use traditional and ecological materials for which we inform you that by checking this Add-on you are accepting the simplicity in the services and the guarantee of a real experience for your therapy.

The plastic that will be seen will only be there because it will be re-used.

Silent therapy

A conscious commitment to maintain silence at all times is required for the success of your therapy.

It is to improve the internal dialogue and to improve the analysis of the decisions that could be made in situations opposite to silence.

We seek to establish contact with the internal teacher, so for this Add-on there will be no therapeutic guide, unless other Add-ons are selected.

Our theme is to keep you in normal environments (noise) where you will learn to maintain silence and analyze your actions.

Frontier

It is to break the standards of the planned future and promote spontaneity for the neural benefits and in life itself.

The itinerary will be changed based on the client’s request, motivated by curiosity, intuition or spontaneity. If the client lacks spontaneity, the guide will propose changes and not to increase fascinating experiences but rather just to do something different.

Decisions are made by agreeing between the guide and the client, regarding the itinerary, loss of visits and tours.

If you accept the itinerary change, there will be no refund. If possible, IntiTravel.Org will be in charge of increasing some services as much as possible to balance the experience, for which we recommend not having plans after the tours.

+ Life

It’s about reforesting on your trip.

For this Add-on, your itinerary will be increased to reach the areas where the reforestation is carried out, which means that some parts of the Itineraries or the loss will be accelerated in case the client agrees to reforest instead of continuing with the itinerary.

Stile & Lujury

It is not about creating luxury experiences, but rather maintaining the lifestyle you have, to bring you closer to our therapeutic services.

5-star hotels or resorts depending on the Itinerary you choose, and exclusive services to create the style & luxury of the Add-on.

Keep in mind that our IntiTravel.Org brand is therapeutic tourism with the goal of saving life on the planet, so don’t expect extravagant or disposable details. Rather, simple and cultural details that teach you about the benefits of nobility in life, which have nothing to do with goods.

Misunderstood

The client who marks this Add-on is asked to be more expressive than he normally is in order to effectively resolve the misunderstanding.

Very personal topics will be discussed, for which ethics and a diploma in attitude are required to be able to continue with the itinerary.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Inti Travel Org does not provide travel insurance, and approval of one of our services in no way implies that you or your travel companions will be insured as travellers. We recommend that you purchase a travel insurance policy. Travel cancellation insurance refund you for non-refundable air and ground costs in the event that you have to cancel your trip due to a personal or family emergency.

All our services / itineraries and Add-ons maintain security codes, however emergency medical evacuation insurance and emergency medical expense coverage is also highly recommended.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Inti travel Org does not own, operate, control, supervise or manage any of the suppliers of transportation, ground operators, accommodation, food, and related travel services provided to our clients.

Therefore, it is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, inconvenience, irregularities or delays resulting, directly or indirectly, from quarantines, civil disturbances, criminal activities, government regulations, natural disasters, etc. over which it has no control.

Inti Travel Org reserves the right to cancel services in the event of circumstances beyond its control such as: weather conditions, natural disasters, quarantine, political situations, etc.
