The Inka system of ceques consisted of 42 main lines that branched out, there were about 328 huacas or energetic places distributed among the lines. These lines started from the Inca capital city, Cusco, and the ramifications increased the number of huacas that extended to different regions of the territory of South America, according to the chronicles.
